Return Shipping Costs:

- Our Responsibility: For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- To exchange an item, follow the return process, then place a new order for the desired product.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@botanikhouse.shop. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Order Cancellations

- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
