Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel good about shopping with Botanik House. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you with a return or refund.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. After that, we’re not able to accept returns—so be sure to get in touch with us within that window if you need to send something back.
How to Return an Item
Returning a product is easy. Just contact us first, and we’ll guide you through it. You’ll be able to download and print your return label, then simply mail the item back to us. At this time, we only accept returns by mail.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for items that are:
- New and unused
- In their original packaging
- Not personalized or custom-made
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking & Exchanges
There are no restocking fees, so you won’t be charged anything extra to return your order.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’re looking to get a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
